YOUTH PROGRAMS
2025 YOUTH PROGRAMS
The Youth Tennis Clinics have shown we have a lot of rising stars here at PLTC and we are very excited to be expanding the programs.
Summer Clinics
Session 1—July 7th through July 28th
(Registration Open)
Session 2—August 4th through August 25th
(Registration Opens July 8th)
Youth Programs:
¨ 6-9 year olds – Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday – 4:30-5:30 PM
¨ 10-12 year olds – Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday – 5:30-6:30 PM
¨ Member $90 / Non Member $115 – includes 6-1 hour sessions
¨ Teen Beginner/Intermediate - 12-17 year olds – Monday and Wednesday 4:30-6 PM
¨ $180 – includes 6-90 minute sessions
Moya & Bynum Academy
Academy sessions are skill based and for intermediate to advanced players
Great opportunity for team players to improve their skills, game and competitive edge
Students will range in age between 10-17
All sessions are weekly and students must be pre-registered for each session
¨ Academy Camp — Monday — Friday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm —$475/week
¨ Includes 1 hour lunch break
¨ Junior Camp — Monday – Friday — 9:30am-Noon — $275/week

Open to all members (men and women) and there are no fees to participate.

Monday nights 7-8:30 PM - Bring your favorite snack and beverage to share and socialize after on the deck. Must be 3.0 and above ranking.

Women's Drill & Play Clinic expanding
Bring your rackets and water bottles and join the fun!
We will be having evening clinics twice a week hosted by Head Pro Don Moya. The sessions will include drills and play covering technique and strategy.
Tennis club members fee are $10 and Non-members are $20 per session.
Monday evenings will be more focused on stroke production and technique with advanced and beginner friendly instructions. All levels welcome.
Wednesday evenings will be more play play focused including strategy and positioning. Some technical instruction but involving more advanced concepts like spin and targeting. Intermediate and Advanced players are welcome.

3rd annual tennis under the stars tournament
On Monday, August 21st - 24 players took to the clays for the 3rd Annual Tournament Under The Stars and what a great evening they had!

4th Annual Ladies summer slam
The Ladies will take to the courts on Thursday, July 20th for the
4th Annual Summer Slam Tournamen
Entry fee $30 – Members // $40 – Non-Members
Five games/player then switch partners – no AD
1st and 2ndPlace Prizes will be awarded; Balls will be provided

Tournament Under The Stars was a great success!
Twenty gals came out, played some great tennis and had wonderful time.

3rd Annual Ladies Summer Slam
Even during a heat wave our Ladies came out and had a great time; this year's event had twenty four participants. Congratulations to our Champion Tricia DiCenso, our 2nd Place Runner's Up Lori Kohles, Jane Getty and Kelley Lametto.
Red Clay Invitational 2022 Doubles Tournament - MAY 20th-22nd
While Mother Nature altered our schedule a bit all 32 participants had a great time at the Inaugural Red Clay Invitational.
